We are located in beautiful Bend, Oregon and offer house calls for the immediate Bend area and telehealth for families throughout the rest of Oregon.

We are here to be an additional resource to your child's primary care provider (PCP).

If you are new to Heartfelt and would like a house call, please schedule a brief Meet & Greet through our website, the Patient Portal, or by text at (541) 859-3550. A Meet & Greet is a quick (less than 10 min.) video call for us to meet each other before we go to your home.
